Heavy bittering additions give this beer a citrusy bite. Balanced by sweet malt flavors. A dry hopping of New Zealand's Green Bullet round this beer out with a spicy finish.
Escanaba River Amber Ale
A tribute to the brewer’s hometown. A malt forward ale has a nice malty sweetness, pairs well with additions of both Summit and Amarillo hops.
A light German-style wheat beer and nice transition ale for those coming over from the "dark side" of the beer realm. The yeast produces esters of banana and clove. Highly drinkable.
Specialty Ale including chocolate malt, honey, and lemon. Bright citrus adds balance to light honey notes which are complimented by crystal and chocolate malt.
Full bodied, sweet, and creamy. Our milk stout has everything you would look for in the style.
Belle-Dog Oatmeal Stout
A tribute to our brewery's favorite pup, this beer has character. It begins with a nice roasty bite, paired with a unique body and mouth feel from the oats. Has a very mellow chocolate finish.
German Chocolate Cake Stout
Pecans in the mash, lactose and German chocolate in the boil, and shredded coconut in secondary fermentation. This is the recipe for deliciousness!

A smooth brown ale featuring Willamette and Cascade hops. Mild roastiness is paired by nut and toffee flavors. Perfect for when the leaves are falling.
Hazelnut Coffee Brown Ale
American-style brown ale with a coffee kick. Almost mimicking an iced coffee, this ale makes drinking beers for breakfast seem “okay”.
Hold Fast ESB
Complex malt flavors give way to spicy hops in this traditional English style ale. Very well balanced.
A traditional English style, copper in color, malt is the focus of this beer. Don't let the name fool you, this beer is not heavy on hops. Great session ale!

A large malt bill, cane sugar, and honey bump up the ABV in this highly drinkable strong ale.
Honey Basil Belgian Wit
Our witbier has a generous addition of honey. Complexity is added with late boil additions of coriander and lemon peel. The beer is finished with fresh chopped basil in the secondary.
Hibiscus & Honey Ale
Bright and refreshing, floral and fruity. Honey is balanced by the addition of hibiscus petals and tea.
Dawn of the Iron Bear Braggot
This ancient ale is a mead/beer hybrid. High in alcohol content and very drinkable. Prepare yourself for the dawn of the iron bear.
Emperial Bear Barely Wine Style IPA
Fruity Hop flavors give way to bright citrus and finish on a mild pine note. FOR HOP LOVERS!
To Defy the Laws of Tradition
Roggenbier, this style was almost lost due to Germany's 1487 beer purity law, denying brewers the use of malted rye. Throw one back as a toast to the past.
Your Mother Was a Hamster
Slight phenols from the yeast pair well with elderberry and enhanced mouthfeel from the wheat. The "Holy Grail" of Belgian witbier.
A sour-mash/party gyle ale. This beer is the second running from Emperial Bear. Tart and mildly acidic, this beer is refreshing!
Sour mash/party gyle ale. This stock ale is the second runnings from our German Chocolate Cake Stout
